Junior Operations Analyst
We’re looking for a Junior Operations Analyst to join our team in Helsinki. You’ll work closely with our COO and product teams to make sure our daily operations run smoothly and to help build scalable processes as we grow. This is a hands-on role in a fast-moving fintech startup where you’ll have real responsibility from day one and the chance to shape how we operate.

Place: Helsinki / Hybrid
Starting salary: 3,000€ - 4,000€ / month

3. What you will be doing

You’ll help build and run our core operations, especially in the lending and finance areas.

Typical tasks include:

• Keeping our loan book and related reporting accurate and up to date.
• Managing and improving onboarding and transaction operations.
• Supporting the COO with financial planning and performance tracking.
• Spotting repeating tasks that could be done faster, smarter, or with fewer mistakes, and helping make them better.
